1مقدمة

تشرح هذه السياسة ما يستخدمه تطبيق «خريطة حدائق الأهرام (دليل شامل)» من بيانات، وما يُرسل منها خارج جهازك، وكيف تتحكم فيه.

• التطبيق: دليل لحي حدائق الأهرام يعرض العمارات والخريطة والخدمات، على أندرويد، بمعرّف الحزمة com.hadaiqguide.app.
• المسؤول عن التطبيق: ، ويُشار إليه في هذه السياسة بـ«نحن».
• السريان: يسري هذا الإصدار من السياسة من .

2البيانات التي تبقى على جهازك

معظم ما يستخدمه التطبيق يبقى على جهازك ولا يُرسل إلى أي خادم.

• الموقع: إذا منحت الإذن، يستخدم التطبيق موقعك الدقيق أو التقريبي أثناء استخدامك له فقط، ولا يصل إليه وهو في الخلفية. يعرض به مكانك على الخريطة، ويحدد أقرب عمارة إليك، ويرتب الأماكن حسب القرب. تجري هذه الحسابات على جهازك، ولا يُرسل موقعك إلينا ولا إلى خدمة الإحصائيات.
• المحفوظات والإعدادات: عنوان بيتك، والعمارات والأماكن المحفوظة، وآخر عمليات البحث وآخر ما فتحته، واللغة والمظهر ونوع الخريطة، ومسودة الاقتراح. كلها محفوظة في ذاكرة التطبيق على جهازك فقط.
• بيانات الدليل: بيانات العمارات والأماكن مدمجة داخل التطبيق، فيعمل البحث دون إنترنت. وإذا فعّلنا تحديث البيانات من رابط خارجي، يحمّل التطبيق الملف دون أن يرسل أي بيانات عنك.
• الملفات: لا يقرأ التطبيق ملفاتك، إلا ملفاً تختاره بنفسك لاستيراد البيانات من لوحة الإدارة.

3إحصائيات الاستخدام

نستخدم Google Analytics for Firebase لجمع إحصائيات استخدام لا تحدد هويتك، لنعرف الخدمات الأكثر استخداماً ونحسّن التطبيق. هذه الخاصية مفعّلة تلقائياً، ويمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت.

المعالجة والاحتفاظ: تعالج Google هذه البيانات وفق سياسة خصوصية Google ومبادئ الخصوصية في Firebase، وتحتفظ بها للمدة المضبوطة في حساب Google Analytics الخاص بالتطبيق، ثم تحذفها تلقائياً.

4الخدمات الخارجية

بعض الخصائص تتصل بخدمات خارجية عند استخدامك لها فقط، وكل خدمة تخضع لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

5مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع أي بيانات، ولا نعرض إعلانات من شبكات إعلانية، ولا نطلب إنشاء حساب.

• ما يغادر جهازك هو إحصائيات الاستخدام (القسم 3)، وما يصل للخدمات الخارجية حين تستخدمها (القسم 4).
• «العروض» داخل التطبيق إعلانات لمحلات الحي نضيفها بأنفسنا، ولا تتبعك ولا تستخدم بياناتك.
• قد نفصح عن بيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك، ولا نملك منها إلا الإحصائيات المجهولة ورسائل واتساب التي ترسلها إلينا.

6حقوقك وخياراتك

أنت من يتحكم في كل ما سبق، من داخل التطبيق أو من إعدادات أندرويد.

• إذن الموقع: اختياري، والبحث والدليل يعملان بدونه. يمكنك سحبه من إعدادات أندرويد ← التطبيقات ← خريطة حدائق الأهرام ← الأذونات.
• إحصائيات الاستخدام: أوقفها من المزيد ← الإعدادات ← مشاركة إحصائيات الاستخدام.
• بياناتك على الجهاز: احذف المحفوظات وآخر عمليات البحث من داخل التطبيق، أو امسح كل شيء من إعدادات أندرويد ← التطبيق ← التخزين ← مسح البيانات، أو احذف التطبيق.
• بيانات الإحصائيات السابقة: لا نعرف هويتك، فلا نستطيع ربطها بك. إيقاف الإحصائيات أو حذف التطبيق يمنع إرسال أي بيانات جديدة، وتُحذف البيانات السابقة تلقائياً بانتهاء مدة الاحتفاظ.
• رسائل واتساب: اطلب منا حذف محادثتك معنا في أي وقت عبر وسيلة التواصل في القسم 8.

7الأطفال والأمان وتحديث السياسة

• الأطفال: التطبيق موجّه لسكان الحي وزواره، وليس موجّهاً للأطفال أقل من 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات شخصية من الأطفال.
• الأمان: كل اتصالات التطبيق بالخدمات الخارجية مشفّرة عبر HTTPS، والبيانات المحلية محفوظة في مساحة التطبيق التي يحميها أندرويد من باقي التطبيقات.
• تحديث السياسة: إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة ننشر النسخة الجديدة على الرابط نفسه ونحدّث تاريخ السريان في القسم 1.

1Introduction

This policy explains what the Hadayek El Ahram Map (Complete Guide) app uses, what leaves your device, and how you control it.

• The app: an Android guide to the Hadayek El Ahram neighborhood showing buildings, the map and local services, package name com.hadaiqguide.app.
• Who is responsible: , called "we" in this policy.
• Effective date: this version applies from .

2Data that stays on your device

Most of what the app uses stays on your device and is never sent to a server.

• Location: if you grant permission, the app uses your precise or approximate location only while you use it, never in the background. It shows where you are, finds the nearest building and sorts places by distance. This runs on your device; your location is never sent to us or to the analytics service.
• Saved items and settings: your home address, saved buildings and places, recent searches and recently opened items, language, theme, map style and suggestion draft are stored on your device only.
• Directory data: building and place data is built into the app, so search works offline. If we enable data updates from an online file, the app downloads it without sending anything about you.
• Files: the app does not read your files, except a file you pick yourself to import data from the admin panel.

3Usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect usage statistics that do not identify you, to learn which services are used most and improve the app. It is on by default and you can turn it off at any time.

Processing and retention: Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy principles, keeps it for the retention period set in the app's Google Analytics property, then deletes it automatically.

4Outside services

Some features contact outside services only when you use them, each under its own privacy policy.

5Data sharing

We never sell data, show ads from ad networks, or require an account.

• What leaves your device is the usage statistics (section 3) and what outside services receive when you use them (section 4).
• In-app "Offers" are ads for neighborhood shops that we add ourselves; they do not track you or use your data.
• We may disclose data if required by law, and the only data we hold is anonymous statistics and WhatsApp messages you send us.

6Your rights and choices

You control all of the above, in the app or in Android Settings.

• Location permission: optional; search and the directory work without it. Revoke it in Android Settings → Apps → Hadayek El Ahram Map → Permissions.
• Usage statistics: turn them off in More → Settings → Share usage statistics.
• Data on your device: delete saved items and recent searches in the app, clear everything in Android Settings → App → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app.
• Past statistics: we do not know who you are, so we cannot link them to you. Turning statistics off or uninstalling stops new data, and past data is deleted automatically when the retention period ends.
• WhatsApp messages: ask us to delete your chat with us at any time through the contact in section 8.

7Children, security and policy updates

• Children: the app is meant for the neighborhood's residents and visitors, is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
• Security: all connections to outside services use HTTPS, and local data is stored in the app's private storage, which Android protects from other apps.
• Updates: if we change this policy, we publish the new version at the same link and update the effective date in section 1.
